Junior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a passionate Junior UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in user experience design principles and a knack for creating intuitive, user-centered interfaces. You will play a key role in collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business objectives into compelling digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, developing user journeys, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and performing usability testing to refine designs. We encourage a proactive approach to staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design. This is a permanent, in-person role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research via interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand user needs and gather insights.
• Design comprehensive user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with user needs and business goals.
• Execute usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and analytics.
• Stay informed about current trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating successful digital product design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, usability testing methodologies, and interaction design.
• Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Axure is beneficial.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards, such as WCAG.
• Proven experience in creating wireframes.
