Junior Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive engineer for an innovative company building core infrastructure for AI model training. You will operate within a lean, fast-paced team pushing boundaries in open web data and AI via unique bandwidth-sharing networks.

Your Responsibilities:

• Compliance & Review: Scrutinize applications to ensure strict compliance before release.
• Troubleshooting: Independently investigate application behavior and identify system issues.
• Judgment: Exercise sound judgment in flagging potential compliance concerns.
• Owning Problems: Take full ownership of issues from discovery through resolution.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver results.
• Documentation: Clearly document findings and verify successful issue resolution.

What You'll Need:

• Tech Stack: Hands-on programming experience with Rust and/or Java.
• Mindset: Strong analytical instincts, natural curiosity about system behavior, and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
