Junior Software Engineer Intern

About the Role

Medinex Workforce depends on software that has to keep working: candidate trackers, client portals, reporting tools, and automation scripts. When something breaks, recruiters lose time and clients notice. Strong software starts with strong fundamentals, which is why this internship is built around them.

Your Day-to-Day

• Build small features under the guidance of senior developers
• Track down reported bugs, find the root cause, and fix them properly
• Write clean, readable code in a language such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript
• Write simple unit tests to check that your code works as expected
• Apply data structures and algorithms to solve practical problems efficiently
• Use Git and GitHub for branching, pull requests, and code reviews
• Share progress in daily check-ins and a weekly review
