Role Overview: Junior Software Engineer at Base-2 Solutions

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in an on-site environment where you develop, maintain, test, and enhance sophisticated software systems.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Building diverse software systems ranging from processing-intensive analytics to real-time business management information systems based on documented requirements.
• Collaborating individually or within cross-functional teams using methodologies appropriate for the development environment.
• Reviewing and testing components against design specifications, documenting results, and resolving reported issues.
• Contributing to system-level design decisions, including hardware/software trade-offs and COTS/GOTS selection strategies.

Key Technologies & Tools:

You will work with a modern stack including:
• Languages: Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, Go

• Frameworks: Spring, Angular

• Databases: Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB

• Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, Git/Jenkins

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent 4 years of experience).
• No prior professional experience required – perfect for new graduates.
• Mandatory: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
