Junior Sales Engineer

Join Fudar Alloy's dynamic global team as a Junior Sales Engineer in the North India market. This role is crucial for promoting our advanced electrical contact material solutions and cultivating strong client relationships. Reporting to the India Regional Sales Representative, you will receive expert business guidance and technical training to build a successful career in sales engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Aid in the development and execution of sales strategies for North India, focusing on new customer acquisition and existing client retention.
2. Deliver expert technical product support and tailored solutions to clients in sectors like electrical components and low-voltage equipment.
3. Gather and analyze market intelligence to pinpoint business opportunities and advance sales projects to successful completion.
4. Collaborate with our internal technical teams to effectively address customer application needs.
5. Engage in customer negotiations, technical discussions, and contract follow-up to meet defined sales targets.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar engineering discipline.
2. 2-3 years of experience within the electrical contacts, low-voltage electrical appliances, or precious metals components sectors. Prior experience in technical support, sales, or project coordination is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in English, with strong written and oral communication skills suitable for a professional working environment.
4. Demonstrated teamwork abilities, excellent customer communication, and effective problem-solving skills.
5. Flexibility for cross-regional collaboration. Preference for candidates based in Delhi NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, or Faridabad.
