Junior React Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Junior React Developer to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal position, you will shape operations, drive initiatives, and deliver exceptional results by combining big-picture thinking with tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide essential administrative, logistical, and operational support to the engineering team.
• Design, write, and deploy clean, scalable, and well-documented React code.
• Manage daily scheduling, coordinate meetings, and facilitate cross-team communications via Slack, Zoom, or Teams.
• Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on new feature development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication skills.
• Higly organized methodology with strong prioritization abilities.
• 1-3 years of demonstrated success in a relevant functional role.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
