About the Role
Boomlet is seeking a passionate Product Manager to spearhead the development and evolution of our advocacy product. This role sits at the critical juncture of influencer marketing and public relations, offering a unique opportunity to shape a category-defining solution. Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for Boomlet's advocacy product.
- Foster close collaboration with internal teams across influencer marketing, PR, sales, and operations.
- Serve as the essential link between business objectives, technological capabilities, and leadership vision.
- Engage directly with founders and senior stakeholders to align on product direction.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed product features and specifications.
- Partner with the tech team to establish scope, prioritize development, and manage timelines.
- Oversee feature development, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
- Conduct compelling internal and external product demonstrations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product and continuously iterate based on user feedback and market trends.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Product Management, with a preference for backgrounds in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or Influencer Marketing.
- A solid understanding of influencer marketing and/or PR workflows.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in setting realistic timelines and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Adaptability and comfort working within a dynamic and evolving startup culture.
- The ability to strategically balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
