About the Role: We are actively seeking enthusiastic and motivated Junior Java Developers with a passion for backend development and strong foundational programming and problem-solving skills. This role offers invaluable hands-on experience with real-time fintech projects and structured mentorship from our senior engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of Java-based applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Contribute to backend development utilizing Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Engage in REST API development.
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot application issues.
• Actively participate in code reviews and agile development ceremonies.
• Continuously enhance technical skills and embrace new technologies.

Technical Skills Required:

Mandatory:

• Proficient understanding of Core Java.
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
• Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts.
• Understanding of Java Collections and Exception Handling.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

• Exposure to Spring / Spring Boot frameworks.
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Previous internship experience in Java development is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Exposure to Redis (even a basic understanding is beneficial).
• Demonstrable academic or personal Java-based projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• Open to 2023, 2024, and 2025 graduates.
• A strong academic record is preferred.
• Candidates with exceptional coding fundamentals will be given priority.
