Full Job Description
Northern Arc Capital is seeking a Junior Java Developer for their team in Chennai, India. This is a permanent position requiring 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Java/J2EE applications, with a focus on Microservices using Spring Boot.
- Implement containerization solutions.
- Work with front-end technologies such as ReactJS and Angular.
- Integrate with API Gateways, specifically NGINX, and implement AD authentication.
- Utilize testing frameworks like Junit/Mockito or Selenium/Cucumber.
- Design and query SQL/NoSQL databases, preferably Postgres and CouchDB.
- Work with messaging systems, preferably KAFKA, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Gain experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Apply a strong understanding of CS Algorithms and design patterns.
Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering or Electronics preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Solid understanding and experience in Agile SDLC approach.
- Good project management skills including planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
