Junior IT Support Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, maintain daily system performance, and assist with onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for computer systems (hardware/software), printers, and conference room equipment including Google Meet and Zoom setups.
• Maintain corporate inventory management and perform new hardware builds using imaging software.
• Create user accounts in G Suite/Google Admin, OKTA, Jamf, Active Directory, and Office 365 environments.
• Develop basic automation workflows for AI tasks (e.g., Okta flows, Google Apps Script, N8N).

Must Have:
1-3 years of experience with Mac/PC OS; knowledge of Active Directory; familiarity with Office 365 and Outlook.
Preferred: Experience with Atlassian apps (Jira/Confluence).
