Junior Interior Designer

About the Role

This position is based on-site in Mumbai as a full-time role. The Senior Interior Designer will lead projects from concept to completion, including space planning, material selection, and creating detailed drawings and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to understand requirements and present design solutions aligning with brand standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers, review site progress, maintain documentation, and ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to platform-wide design guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field with experience leading projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong skills in space planning, concept development, materials selection, and project management (budgeting, scheduling).
• Excellent client-facing communication abilities to present ideas clearly and negotiate with stakeholders.
