We are seeking a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role with an experience requirement of 0 to 1 year of hands-on development or relevant project experience. We welcome graduates with exposure to the required skillsets. The salary range is ₹2.5 LPA to ₹3 LPA (₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month). This foundational role is crucial for building our delivery capacity and fostering long-term technical ownership. You will work closely with senior developers to build, test, and maintain applications, taking responsibility for your code, fixing issues, and learning about production systems. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining application features, taking ownership of assigned modules, independent debugging, adhering to coding standards, assisting with API integrations, and implementing feedback for code quality improvement. This is a full-time, in-person position.
