The Fit Catalyst at Dazzles serves as a critical bridge role between senior consulting expertise and frontline leadership. Based in India, this position drives consistency, quality, and team capability across our alteration floor. You will identify gaps in process, elevate the standard of client experience, and actively catalyze improvement in team performance. As trusted experts who lead by example, you will push the department forward to deliver exceptional results.

P R E P — P R E P A R A T I O N

• Conduct a rigorous daily floor readiness check — assessing trial rooms, managing garment pipeline flow, and optimizing team deployment for maximum efficiency in India's dynamic fashion market.
• Review complex or escalated client cases from the previous day and plan strategic approaches with your team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Brief the team on the day's priorities, specific client sensitivities, and any production constraints relevant to our operations.
• Ensure smooth and timely garment flow between production units and the fitting floor throughout the workday.

P R O C E S S — O P E R A T I O N S

• Handle the most complex fitting cases across our portfolio — including intricate embellishments, structural alterations, and high-stakes bridal briefs for discerning clients in India.
• Meticulously quality-check alteration plans prepared by Senior and Junior consultants before finalization to maintain brand standards.
• Identify technical gaps in the team's knowledge base and conduct on-the-spot coaching and skill demonstrations tailored to your colleagues' needs.
• Monitor the accuracy of system entries across the entire floor — including alteration slips, trial notes, and order status updates within our digital workflows.
• Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns that require expert-level resolution and immediate attention.
• Coordinate closely between the fitting floor and master tailors to ensure every alteration is feasible, accurate, and executed with precision.

K E Y C ONDUCT quality audits on completed garments before final handover or dispatch to guarantee client satisfaction upon delivery.

• Review comprehensive client satisfaction data and identify recurring fit or service issues to drive operational excellence in India's competitive retail landscape.
• Develop and share actionable process improvement suggestions with the Production Manager to enhance overall workflow efficiency.
• Compile weekly team performance observations for review by the Section Lead, highlighting areas of strength and opportunities for growth within our talented Indian workforce.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, precision engineering in tailoring, and unwavering client-first service on the floor that sets new benchmarks for excellence.
