Full Job Description
Miratech is seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer in Chennai, India, to join a global leader in cloud contact center software. In this role, you will contribute to building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure essential for developing and deploying software used by thousands of customers worldwide. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience with Terraform and at least one major public cloud platform.
Responsibilities
- Construct and manage cloud infrastructure and automation pipelines for hybrid-cloud solutions.
- Develop automation for CI/CD processes and application delivery.
- Troubleshoot and support existing cloud platforms in production, including on-call duties.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and development teams to ensure scalable and secure infrastructure.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code, specifically Terraform.
- Experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred).
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD tools such as GitLab or GitHub.
- Experience with Linux-based systems and runtimes.
- Scripting or development experience in languages like Python or Java.
- Knowledge of orchestration tools like Helm, Istio, or other cloud-native solutions.
- Understanding of IAM, cloud networking, and security best practices.
- Exposure to SRE/DevOps methodologies and monitoring tools.
