Junior DevOps Engineer

Join Miratech in revolutionizing customer experiences for our client, a global leader in cloud contact center software. As a Junior DevOps Engineer based in Chennai, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers the development and deployment of software used by thousands of customers worldwide. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience with Terraform and at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and automation pipelines for hybrid-cloud solutions.
• Develop automation capabilities for CI/CD and application delivery.
• Troubleshoot and support current cloud platforms in production, including participation in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and development teams to ensure scalable, secure infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, specifically Terraform.
• Experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD tools such as GitLab or GitHub.
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems and runtimes.
• Development or scripting experience in languages like Python, Java, or similar.
• Experience with Helm, Istio, or other cloud-native orchestration tools.
• Understanding of IAM, cloud networking, and security best practices.
• Exposure to SRE/DevOps practices and monitoring tools.
