Full Job Description
Miratech is seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to join a global leader in cloud contact center software. This role is crucial for building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that supports software development and deployment for thousands of worldwide customers. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Terraform and at least one major public cloud platform, contributing to revolutionizing customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Construct and manage cloud infrastructure and automation pipelines for hybrid-cloud solutions.
- Develop automation capabilities to streamline CI/CD and application delivery processes.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for current cloud platforms in production, including participating in on-call rotations.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and development teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and secure infrastructure.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
- Proficiency with at least one public cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP are preferred).
- Familiarity with Linux-based operating systems and runtimes.
- Experience in development or scripting using languages like Python, Shell, or similar.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD tools such as GitLab or GitHub.
- Experience with Terragrunt is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with Helm, Istio, or other cloud-native orchestration tools.
- Understanding of IAM, cloud networking, and security best practices.
- Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)/DevOps principles and monitoring tools.
