Junior Developer ServiceNow

Location – Gurugram (Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, TPRM, IRM, or others based on business requirements).
• Develop client scripts, Script Includes, UI/Data policies, business rules, ACLs, and workflows under the guidance of senior developers.
• Support the creation and maintenance of Service Catalog items and Request Workflows.
• Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Document technical changes, configurations, and development work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
• Monitor platform performance and support incident resolution related to ServiceNow.

Your Profile

• Required experience: 2-4 years.
• Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and core modules.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript (client-side and server-side).
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JSON.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and as an individual contributor, with a capacity for quick learning.
• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
