Junior Developer - Low Code/No Code (LCNC)

Are you a budding developer with 2 to 4 years of experience passionate about building applications quickly using LCNC platforms? Expleogroup is seeking a Junior Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai, India.

About the Role

As a Jr Developer at Neutrios, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying innovative applications across various LCNC platforms. You'll work with stakeholders to understand their needs, prototype solutions, and integrate essential services, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, Bubble, Flutter Flow, or PowerApps, with a focus on creating efficient workflows, user-friendly forms, and insightful dashboards.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, develop prototypes, and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services like Airtable and Firebase.
• Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure usability, optimal performance, and responsiveness across all devices. Debug issues and implement optimizations for scalability.
• Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to refine applications based on feedback. Provide essential documentation and basic training to users.
• Maintain applications post-launch, implementing updates and staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements in low-code development.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, complemented by 0-2 years of experience, ideally gained through internships or personal projects.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) tool.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Neutrinos platform training and certification is highly preferred.

Essential Skills:

• Technical: Proficiency in drag-and-drop development, API integrations, and data modeling.
• Domain: Ability to quickly learn and apply business logic to applications (e.g., CRM, automation solutions).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication with non-technical users, and a high degree of adaptability.

Desired Skills:

• LCNC Platforms: Experience with Neutrinos, Mendix, Bubble, or PowerApps.
• Integrations: Familiarity with REST APIs, Zapier, or Airtable.
• Collaboration Tools: Experience with Jira, Trello, or Figma.
• Databases: Knowledge of SQL, Firebase, or Google Sheets.
