We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst & Process Automation Associate at ALLEN Digital. In this role, you will build dashboards, identify actionable insights from scattered data, and automate manual workflows across both academic and operational domains using tools like Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Python, and Google Apps Script.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards for metrics, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to solve meaningful problems impacting lakhs of students in Bengaluru/Bangalore.
• Process Automation: Automate workflows using Google Sheets, Apps Script, Python, SQL, or low-code tools. Maintain existing automations and troubleshoot errors to improve process efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field with 2–4 years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and working knowledge of Python, SQL, and Google Apps Script.
