About the Role

United Business is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial for supporting our data operations and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of customer data, performing critical reconciliations, generating insightful reports, and actively supporting automation initiatives aimed at enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer data and digital assets across key platforms including Intralot, NetSuite, and SQL Server.
• Efficiently handle COAM swaps on the AIMS Portal, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Perform meticulous data reconciliation between NetSuite and SQL Server to uphold data accuracy and consistency.
• Create and maintain essential weekly and monthly reports derived from NetSuite and other relevant servers.
• Update and manage critical operational and management dashboards to provide clear visibility.
• Proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline report generation processes.
• Ensure the highest standards of data quality, integrity, and compliance with internal processes.
• Support senior team members by contributing to data analysis and operational reporting tasks as needed.

Required Skills

• Intermediate knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP or comparable ERP systems is preferred.
• A solid understanding of data reconciliation processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Basic understanding of automation tools and scripts (e.g., Excel macros, Python) is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Commerce, Statistics, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in data/analytics tools will be considered an advantage.

Experience

• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in data handling, reporting, or analytics roles is required.
• Freshers possessing strong technical skills and a proactive learning mindset may also be considered.

Work Details

• Work Timing: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST); 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST.

• Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
