About You

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated learner to join us as a Junior Consultant. You are a creative thinker skilled in supporting senior team members, conducting research, and contributing to the development of PR campaigns. You grasp the importance of aligning PR strategies with overarching business objectives and can effectively navigate complex challenges.

As a Junior Consultant, you will engage with client contacts and media representatives, regularly crafting press releases, public-facing communications, and content. Through research and media monitoring, you will develop insights into industry trends, competitors, and broader market factors, ensuring your strategies are consistently informed and impactful.

What You Do

In your role as a Junior Consultant, you will drive the execution of PR initiatives, content creation, and campaigns to achieve client objectives as defined by senior team members. You will work autonomously, communicate effectively upwards, and readily incorporate feedback. Project assignments will be completed reliably and to a high standard.

You will proactively identify new avenues, media angles, and target outlets that can benefit your teams and the agency.

You will refine your content creation skills (pitches, press releases, media lists, submissions), with your work increasingly requiring minimal revisions.

You will manage the entire pitch process, maintaining a strong foundation by proactively identifying media opportunities, offering strategic recommendations, and overseeing editorial calendars and speaking/awards programs without missing deadlines.

Beyond client fundamentals, you will gain a deep understanding of competitive landscapes and technical/product details. Your deliverables will showcase enhanced competitive analysis, technical depth, and strategic insights.

What You Offer

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a PR agency or a related field.
• Experience working with B2B technology or corporate clients is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to support and execute communication strategies across various media channels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
