Junior Cloud Platform Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team at Lenovo. In this role, you will help build scalable cloud services and applications for our UDS Cloud platform. You will develop APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and automation tools while supporting testing efforts, deployments, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, test, and maintain robust cloud-based services and applications
• Develop scalable APIs, microservices, integrations, and event-driven workflows
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, monitoring solutions, logging systems, and cloud deployments
• Create automated tests to ensure software quality and troubleshoot production issues effectively
• Collaborate with global teams across engineering, product development, DevOps, security, and QA disciplines
• Rapidly learn Lenovo's UDS Cloud platform technologies and established engineering practices
• Deliver reliable, well-tested, thoroughly documented code solutions
• Take ownership of complex problems and transform them into clear, effective engineering solutions
• Actively contribute to improving the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of Lenovo's cloud platform
