NoBroker is seeking a driven and qualified Junior Client Manager / Client Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Pune (Kharadi) and Bengaluru (HSR Layout). This role is crucial in driving sales of our innovative home interiors products and comprehensive end-to-end execution services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on NoBroker's diverse product catalog, including modular and loose furniture, decor items, and our end-to-end interior execution services, highlighting our unique selling propositions (USPs).
• Act as the primary on-ground representative, attending customer meetings and site visits to build strong rapport and trust essential for sales closure.
• Nurture marketing-qualified leads into paying customers by managing quote discussions, delivering compelling sales presentations, and conducting diligent follow-ups until a booking amount is received.
• Maintain robust working relationships with existing clients to address any quote iterations, escalations, or identify new sales opportunities.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective deal closures.
• Collaborate closely with pre-sales and project management teams to ensure a seamless overall lead cycle.
• Prepare professional, comprehensive, and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation for executive-level presentations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or Business Development, with a preference for candidates from the home/commercial interiors or furniture industry.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to effectively balance persuasion with professionalism and deliver customized sales pitches.
• Proactive in initiating customer discussions, scheduling meetings, and efficient in frequent city-wide travel as needed.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Sincere passion and enthusiasm for sales.
