As a Junior Backend Support Engineer, you will be instrumental in resolving technical queries, managing user accounts, and maintaining critical system data. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of our backend processes and the satisfaction of our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve application support tickets and user queries promptly.
- Administer user accounts, ensuring proper authentication and access controls.
- Maintain essential master data, including work centre details and equipment inventories.
- Execute regular backend housekeeping tasks such as processing purchase order requests, managing data uploads, and handling system registrations.
- Generate comprehensive reports, including timesheets, housekeeping summaries, audit updates, and approval statuses.
- Collaborate effectively with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the upkeep of system documentation.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in operations, back-office support, or application support roles.
- Foundational knowledge of backend systems, authentication portals, and databases.
- Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in essential office software including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and various reporting tools.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi is required for effective communication within our diverse team and user base.
