Junior Automation Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Automation Developer (UiPath) to join our team. In this pivotal role based in the United States, you will design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions specifically for U.S. Coast Guard operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator components including REFramework, Queues, Assets, and Triggers.
• Lead process discovery sessions with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable RPA solutions.
• Architect reusable components and libraries that accelerate development while enforcing strict coding standards.
• Integrate UiPath bots seamlessly with enterprise systems via APIs (REST/SOAP), databases, ERP/CRM platforms, and document processing tools like Document Understanding/IXP.
• Implement robust exception handling, logging, and monitoring frameworks to ensure production stability.
• Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior/mid-level developers within the CoE governance framework.
• Manage the full bot deployment lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Orchestrator administration.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis for workflow failures.
• Maintain compliance with security standards by collaborating with infrastructure teams on data-handling requirements.
