Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, coordinating with clients and consultants, preparing technical drawings, and ensuring projects comply with applicable building regulations and quality standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Design diverse projects including villas, apartments, farmhouses, mixed-use developments, and Airbnbs.
• Create architectural concept designs, 2D/3D models (using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion), and presentation visuals.
• Develop comprehensive working drawings, construction documentation, BOQs, specifications, and material schedules.
• Ensure all designs adhere to local building by-laws, zoning regulations, and statutory approvals in North Bangalore.
• Liaise with structural, MEP, landscape, interior consultants, and sales teams for seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality and resolve technical issues during implementation.
• Present design concepts to clients and translate requirements into compelling visuals and brochures.
• Assist in obtaining necessary approvals from relevant authorities.
• Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Stay updated on modern construction technologies, sustainable design practices, and industry trends.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of architectural planning, construction detailing, and building materials.
• Familiarity with Vastu principles is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills, and ability to handle client interactions effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities for project coordination challenges.
• Kannada language proficiency is strongly preferred due to the local context.

Qualifications

M.Arch (Master's Degree in Architecture) required. Valid registration with the Council of Architecture is a plus.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.

Preferred Experience

• Projects involving residential villas, apartments, commercial offices, farmhouses, and Airbnbs.
• Hands-on site supervision and full-cycle project execution experience.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM with one weekly day off (as per company policy).
• Salary Range: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 INR per month.
