Expertiz is seeking talented and creative Junior Application Production Artists passionate about creating visually compelling digital experiences. This role is crucial in developing visual assets for international websites and mobile applications on iOS and Android. We value a meticulous eye for detail, a strong grasp of design principles, and a passion for merging art with technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Tool Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with Adobe Experience Design is a significant plus.
• Visual Asset Production: Design and produce appealing graphics, site elements, and layouts for iOS and Android applications and web asset creation, adhering to current Photoshop standards.
• Design Adaptation: Adjust colors, identify font selections and sizes, and provide accurate color codes to developers to maintain design consistency.
• Resolution & Platform Adaptability: Understand various device resolutions and size requirements for Android OS, iOS, and web development.
• Image & Canvas Manipulation: Efficiently resize canvases and image content while preserving visual quality.
• Aesthetic & Color Psychology: Apply a strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and understanding of color psychology to create expressive products through visual language. A keen eye for clean design, colors, and fonts is essential.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively in a team, articulate and defend design solutions, and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
• Work Management: Demonstrate creativity, diligence, and quick learning abilities. Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Frontend Passion: Exhibit a strong enthusiasm for frontend development, viewing it as an integration of art and science.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Graphic Design, Advertising, Branding Designing, Creative Direction, and Layout.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with the latest Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to adjust colors, extract font details, and provide color codes.
• Strong understanding of multiple device resolutions and platform-specific size requirements (Android OS, iOS, web).
• Excellent aesthetic sense, meticulousness, and knowledge of color psychology.
• A strong passion for frontend development as a blend of art and science.
