Role: Junior AI Programmer Analyst

Mission: Alpha Omega seeks a motivated junior professional to develop cutting-edge enterprise AI capabilities. You will build intelligent automation tools, sophisticated chatbots, knowledge retrieval systems (SharePoint Knowledge GPT), and proposal/reporting applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovate: Design and develop internal AI-powered tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Build Secure Chatbots: Support the development of a secure internal AI chatbot for natural language employee interaction with company knowledge.
• Create Knowledge Systems: Build and enhance SharePoint Knowledge GPT systems for searching internal documentation using semantic search.
• Analyze Data: Assist in developing Proposal Assistant applications using Agentic RAG to analyze historical proposal data for future responses.
• Dashboards & Reporting: Contribute to building PMO Intelligence Dashboards connecting internal systems for real-time insights.
• Integrate Systems: Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms like SharePoint, databases, and APIs using modern frameworks (FastAPI, Django).
