Junior AI Engineer

Delhi Public School Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (Indirapuram) is seeking a motivated Junior AI Engineer to join our innovative team. This role offers hands-on experience in developing and enhancing AI systems, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, and agentic workflows within a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop LLM-powered features leveraging Azure OpenAI.
• Implement LangChain chains, tools, and foundational agents.
• Support the creation of agentic workflows, including tool-use, memory management, and multi-step reasoning.
• Integrate LLM tool/function calling for backend and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) actions.
• Refine and optimize prompts, structured outputs, and data schemas.
• Assist in building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and document ingestion processes.
• Work with vector databases such as FAISS, Chroma, or Pinecone.
• Develop APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Manage data access with MongoDB.
• Implement robust authentication, authorization, and audit logging mechanisms.
• Deploy AI features using Azure AI Services.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of professional experience with Python.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with LLMs.
• Proficiency in LangChain, from basic to intermediate levels.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts.
• Experience with RAG pipelines (academic or production).
• Foundational knowledge of FastAPI and MongoDB.
• Proficiency in Git and effective debugging skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with streaming LLM responses.
• Exposure to AI evaluation or scoring methodologies.
• Knowledge of Azure Speech or Voice AI.
• Prior exposure to ERP systems or workflow automation.
