Role Overview:

In this role, you will be instrumental in building and integrating machine learning and Generative AI solutions into robust, scalable applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data engineers, and backend developers to architect intelligent systems that drive automation, improve decision-making processes, and elevate user experiences. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in AI/ML development and a passion for creating production-ready AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning and AI models for practical applications.
• Build and integrate Large Language Model (LLM) features, including chatbots, summarization tools, and RAG pipelines.
• Process and utilize structured and unstructured data for model training and fine-tuning.
• Implement APIs and backend services to support AI model deployment in production environments.
• Optimize AI model performance, reduce latency, and ensure scalability.
• Engage in collaborative teamwork within an Agile development framework.
• Participate actively in code reviews, experimentation, and rigorous model evaluation.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and LLM integrations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and backend development principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker and foundational DevOps practices.
• Experience with knowledge graphs or graph databases.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related field.
