Webindia Master, a growing digital agency in Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Jr. Web Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about converting design concepts into clean, responsive, and visually appealing websites.

Role Overview

As a Jr. Web Designer, you will collaborate closely with our design, development, and project management teams to craft professional websites, landing pages, and eCommerce layouts. Your primary responsibility will be converting PSD, Figma, and XD designs into HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive web pages. You will also have opportunities to work on WordPress websites, Shopify stores, landing pages, and client branding projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop modern, clean, and user-friendly website designs.
• Accurately convert PSD to HTML, Figma to HTML, and XD to HTML.
• Create responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Design layouts for business websites, landing pages, WordPress sites, and Shopify stores.
• Ensure cross-device and cross-browser compatibility (mobile, tablet, laptop, desktop; Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure timely task completion.
• Adhere to brand guidelines, design systems, and client specifications.
• Optimize website design for improved loading speed, usability, and SEO performance.
• Update existing website pages, banners, sections, and layouts as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience in PSD to HTML and Figma to HTML conversion.
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, or Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Ability to write clean, structured, and reusable front-end code.
• A strong sense of visual balance, layout, colors, and typography.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Skills in task management and teamwork.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and wireframing.
• Experience with WordPress page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery).
• Familiarity with Shopify themes and e-commerce page structures.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of website accessibility and performance optimization.
• Ability to design creative banners, hero sections, and promotional web layouts.
• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly design.
