Jr UI/UX Developer Role at Werq Labs

Werq Labs is seeking a Jr UI/UX Developer to join our team in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai. This role involves translating product requirements and designs into interactive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate product requirements, wireframes, and UX designs into responsive and interactive user interfaces.
  • Develop clean, semantic, and scalable front-end code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
  • Implement responsive designs using Flexbox, Grid layouts, media queries, and breakpoint strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers and product teams to understand user journeys, storyboards, and process flows.
  • Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and low/high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Ensure consistency with UX principles, design systems, and brand guidelines.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to suggest UX improvements.
  • Optimize UI performance and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues in live environments.
  • Participate in design reviews, sprint discussions, and usability evaluations.
  • Document UI components, UX decisions, and front-end best practices.

Technical Skills Required
