Jr. UI/UX Designer

Role Overview:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements by collaborating closely with product managers and developers to align business goals with user needs.
• Create intuitive, user-centered designs including wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and comprehensive user flow diagrams for both web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct rigorous user research and usability testing, analyzing feedback to continuously improve the overall user experience (UX).
• Safeguard brand consistency by maintaining strict adherence to visual standards across all design elements and products.
• Collaborate directly with development teams to ensure precise implementation of designs while optimizing for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
• Build and maintain robust design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to streamline future projects.
• Stay ahead of the curve by continuously updating knowledge on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Strong command of UI/UX principles, design thinking methodologies, and user research techniques.
• Solid understanding of wireframing, prototyping strategies, responsive (mobile-first) design concepts, and basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS).
• Exceptional creativity paired with strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills within a team environment.
