Junior UI/UX Designer - Ahmedabad (Onsite)
Job Overview
TechFlitter Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience for a full-time, onsite position in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role is ideal for a designer passionate about creating user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications. The designer will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user satisfaction and contribute to business success. Applicants with over 3 years of experience are not eligible for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Design user interface elements including menus, tabs, widgets, and interaction flows.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement user-centric solutions.
- Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Maintain design consistency across all products and platforms.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a closely related field.
- Demonstrable experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
- A solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts is considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion design or animation tools like After Effects or Lottie.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, such as WCAG.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
About the Role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,889.07 - ₹35,750.94 per month
Work Location: In person, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Reliable commute or relocation to Ahmedabad is preferred.
Experience: 2 years preferred in UI design, Figma, HTML, and CSS.
