Join an elite CX advisory team as a Senior Account Executive, Enterprise CX - New Logo, at Outsource Consultants, an Inc. 5000 award-winning firm. This role is critical for acquiring new enterprise clients by applying deep knowledge of complex CX challenges and offering a diverse range of contact center technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Prospecting: Build and manage a robust pipeline from scratch, engaging with C-suite leaders in CX, Customer Care, Operations, Finance, and Technology through your existing network and referrals.
  • Consultative Sales: Lead complex sales cycles by understanding client needs and leveraging expertise in CCaaS, AI, and BPO to propose comprehensive, multi-faceted solutions.
  • Executive Engagement: Represent our advisory practice, conduct executive briefings, support solution demonstrations, and lead high-stakes negotiations within multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Collaborative Closing: While an individual contributor, act as a strategic thought leader, partnering with internal experts to develop and close integrated solutions.

What You'll Bring:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of enterprise software sales experience in the contact center sector, with at least 3-5 recent years as a top-performing sales hunter for a leading Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) or AI contact center technology company.
  • Proven experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of both contact center technology and labor operations.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex, C-level sales pipelines using a CRM like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell to C-suite executives (COO, CFO, CTO) and VPs (CX, Customer Care), with exceptional communication, presentation, and professional presence.
  • Customer-centric approach with superior active listening, objection handling, and a passion for long-term, complex sales cycles.
  • Strategic thinking, negotiation skills, adaptability, organization, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Extensive experience with national partners and service providers within the cloud collaboration ecosystem (CCaaS, UCaaS, AI).
