Role Overview:

We seek a well-groomed Sales Executive to drive sales of our luxury jewellery portfolio in person at Punjagutta, HYD (6 days/week). The ideal candidate excels in high-end retail environments with 1-4 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Assist customers with style consultation to meet/exceed monthly targets. Promote new arrivals and expertly explain product features, quality, design, and craftsmanship.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build long-term loyalty, resolve post-purchase issues professionally, and conduct timely follow-ups for satisfaction.
• Store Operations: Maintain a pristine luxury environment. Ensure accurate billing/transactions and manage premium product displays/inventory updates.
• Product & Market Knowledge: Stay updated on trends/designs/gemstones. Offer guidance on care, customization, repairs, and monitor competitors for strategic insights.
• Promotions & Marketing: Participate in events/campaigns/Youtube live sessions. Share feedback to enhance merchandising strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with managers/teams on store targets and share emerging trends to support buying/planning decisions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational: Minimum High School / Diploma
• Experience: 1-4 years in luxury jewellery retail sales (In-person)
• Languages: English and local languages required for strong verbal/interpersonal communication.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving targets.
• Customer Service: Highly customer-centric with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Product Expertise: Deep knowledge of materials, cuts, stones, craftsmanship.
• Presentation Standards: Professionally groomed and polished appearance essential for luxury brand alignment.
