Jave front end Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for our Chennai, Tamil Nadu location to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using J2EE, React.js, TypeScript, and Java. This role requires strong collaboration with UI/UX designers, architects, and stakeholders within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create responsive, high-performance web apps using modern front-end frameworks like React.js and TypeScript.
• Build reusable components following industry best practices for accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
• Develop RESTful APIs to integrate with Java-based backend systems.
• Collaborate on solution architecture, requirement analysis, and technical design discussions.
• Maintain clean code through rigorous testing (unit tests), debugging, and code reviews using Git/CI-CD workflows.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers in Agile/Scrum teams.

Required Skills

Must-Have: Proficiency in Java/J2EE, React.js, TypeScript (ES6+), HTML5/CSS3, and RESTful API integration. Familiarity with Spring Framework is essential.

Nice-to-Have: State management (Redux/Context API), Next.js, Microservices architecture knowledge, front-end testing tools (Jest/Cypress), cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization skills.
