About The Role

We are seeking experienced software engineers at the tech lead level (Senior Level) for a remote position focused on building Large Language Model (LLM) evaluation and training datasets. This unique opportunity allows you to contribute to developing datasets enabling LLMs to solve realistic software engineering problems.

• Analyze and triage GitHub issues across trending open-source libraries to identify relevant challenges for LLM evaluation.
  
• Set up, configure, and maintain code repositories, including Dockerization and environment setup tailored for remote development in India or globally.
  
• Evaluate unit test coverage and quality ensuring datasets meet high standards.
• Modify and run complex JavaScript/TypeScript codebases locally to assess LLM performance in bug-fixing scenarios relevant to the Indian tech landscape.

We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of professional experience (Mid-to-Senior Level) proficient in Software Engineering, Machine Learning concepts, and Open Source contributions. Familiarity with automation tools like Docker is essential. This role offers a flexible remote environment ideal for professionals seeking innovation.
