Java/Angular Full Stack Module Lead

We are seeking a Java/Angular Full Stack Module Lead with 4-6 years of experience in software development, including 2-3 years in full-stack development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing migrations, conducting code reviews for large-scale projects, and working within an Agile environment, preferably using the SAFe framework. Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Rally, or VersionOne is essential. Key technical skills include Core Java, Hibernate, Springboot, Microservices, and front-end development with Angular or Ext JS. Database experience with SQL or MongoDB is required. Candidates should understand functional and non-functional requirements and have experience with DevOps pipelines, Jenkins, and GIT Lab. Proficiency in unit testing tools like Jasmine and Karma, and code quality tools like SonarQube, is expected. This role involves driving innovation, contributing to scalable and efficient software solutions, and engaging with project stakeholders, including customers and onshore teams. Active participation in Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Iteration Reviews, and Iteration Retrospectives is a must, with SAFe experience being mandatory.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
