About the Role
We are seeking a strong Java Technology Lead for one of our leading technology programs. Location: Delhi / NCR - WFO (Full-Time). Experience Required: 6+ Years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor teams in scalable enterprise application development using Java, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, and Microservices architecture.
- Take ownership of technical design, code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Evaluate risks, drive root-cause analysis for complex issues, and ensure timely delivery via CI/CD best practices.
Core Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Java (8+/17+), Spring Boot/Framework, REST APIs, Microservices.
- In-depth knowledge of Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture and database experience with Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB/Cassandra/DynamoDB/Redis.
Leadership & Soft Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to mentor developers, provide technical guidance, and manage distributed global teams effectively. Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and communication abilities are essential for driving engineering culture and stakeholder management.
