We are seeking a Java Technical Support Engineer to join our Incident Response Team. In this welcoming role, you will monitor applications, resolve issues, and help maintain robust Java-based systems for global clients.
About the Role:
- Provide technical support coverage during business hours across time zones.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts in real-time environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Java applications.
- Document incidents, root cause analyses, and solutions for continuous knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with development teams on process improvements and escalations.
- Participate in initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability.
We Are Looking For:
- Solid experience with Java development, debugging tools, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with IT support roles, incident response protocols (ITIL), and ticketing systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking abilities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English at an advanced level for clear documentation and client interaction.
