Java Software Engineer

Java Software Engineer needed in Pune (Hybrid) for Blue Polaris Inc. This is a full-time, permanent position for experienced backend developers. You will develop, optimize, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and modern practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining backend applications with Java (Spring/Spring Boot), designing and integrating RESTful APIs, refactoring code for performance and scalability, troubleshooting issues, and documenting processes. Required skills include 2-5 years of Java backend development experience, strong object-oriented programming and design patterns, hands-on experience with Spring Framework/Spring Boot, proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and unit testing frameworks like JUnit/Mockito.
