Java Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Java Software Engineer to join our team. In this position, you will leverage your expertise in software development, problem-solving, and analytical thinking to deliver high-quality outcomes independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development using Java.
• Show excellent problem-solving skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Lead tasks related to Software Analysis and Design effectively.
• Deliver projects without supervision, showcasing initiative and autonomy.
• Possess advanced proficiency in major programming languages/frameworks including Syn: Java, SQL, XML.
• Maintain deep knowledge of enterprise application infrastructure components such as Databases (Oracle, Postgres), Application Servers (Tomcat), Message Buses (IBM/Apache/Rabbit MQ), and tools like Apache Camel or JasperSoft.
• Apply familiarity with commonly used frameworks, open-source tools, and relevant industry standards.
• Rapidly learn and adapt to new programming languages, tools, and technologies as required by the project needs.
• Analyze essential user requirements and translate them into well-designed programs that meet stakeholder expectations.
• Demonstrate flexibility in learning, changing, and adapting to evolving business environments.
• Exhibit strong time management skills to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Leverage experience with test frameworks including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Maintain effective communication skills for collaboration across teams.
