Java - Software Engineer

About the Role

TNQTech is seeking a skilled Software Engineer with a specialization in Java to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality code and meticulously monitoring the performance of various applications to ensure optimal functionality.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust code in adherence to project specifications.
• Proactively identify and resolve queries by collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Actively seek and incorporate feedback from peers and senior developers to foster continuous improvement.
• Guarantee that all applications operate at their peak performance levels.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A graduate with any degree and 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Java/J2EE technologies.
• Possess a strong foundational understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
• Demonstrated experience in at least one MVC framework such as Spring or Struts.
• Proficiency with development environments like Eclipse or NetBeans.
• Working knowledge of essential web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with any database system, at least one Source Code Management (SCM) tool, and automated unit testing.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Familiarity with multiple data structures and algorithms.
• Knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks, particularly Hibernate.
