Java Software Engineer Opportunity in Bengaluru East
Scoutit is seeking experienced Java Software Engineers to join a dynamic team, working on behalf of one of our esteemed clients. This role involves developing, executing, and refining action plans to meet critical customer and business needs. You will be instrumental in building strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement effective, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and share up-to-date technical expertise and best practices with team members.
- Design, code, unit test, and deploy high-performance, scalable backend applications.
- Work extensively with distributed systems, microservices, and containerized applications.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines to optimize development and deployment workflows.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of multithreading, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to build robust applications.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of technical talent within the team.
- Model and promote compliance with company policies, values, and ethical standards.
