About This Role

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate-level position focused on establishing and implementing new or revised application systems. You will collaborate with the Technology team to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies, time/cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology assessments, model development, and implement applications systems to meet business needs.
• Monitor all phases of the development process (analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation) and provide user/operational support to business users.
• Analyze complex problems using deep specialty knowledge in application development; evaluate business processes against industry standards.
• Recommend security measures for post-implementation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality.
• Consult with clients on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and assist with customer exposure systems installation.
• Serve as an advisor/coach to new or lower-level analysts; operate with limited supervision while exercising independence in judgment.
