Role Overview

DigitalXnode is seeking an experienced Java Production Support Engineer to support enterprise applications within high-volume production environments. The ideal candidate will drive stability by diagnosing complex issues, identifying root causes via rigorous analysis, and collaborating with technical teams across the project lifecycle from definition through deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert L1/L2 production support for Java-based enterprise systems.
• Investigate application incidents to identify root causes and evaluate solution alternatives using vendor resources and internal research.
• Develop proofs of concept (POCs) to validate technical solutions before implementation.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and contribute to detailed technical designs.
• Analyze production issues, seek necessary clarifications, and shortlist optimal resolution paths.

Technical Requirements:

Candidates must possess strong Java development skills with specific hands-on experience in Production Support. Proficiency with Spring Boot is preferred. Strong troubleshooting abilities are essential for maintaining system uptime and quality.
