Fort Technologies is seeking a talented Java Product Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a permanent position with a competitive salary range of INR 300,000-1,400,000 and is ideal for individuals with 2-3 years of software development experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java-based software products.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to project scope definition and final delivery.
• Leverage deep expertise in Java, the Spring Framework (including Spring Boot and Spring MVC), Hibernate for ORM, and messaging systems like Kafka to build robust and efficient software components.
• Produce clean, well-structured, and maintainable code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to ensure software quality, identifying and resolving defects and performance bottlenecks.
• Actively participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technology evaluations to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Java development, emerging technologies, and industry trends to enhance product features and performance.

Candidate Profile:

• Possess 2-3 years of dedicated software development experience, with a strong emphasis on Java technologies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the Java programming language and hands-on experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
• Exhibit familiarity with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks such as Hibernate for seamless database interactions.
• Showcase experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
