Role Overview
The Digital S/W Engineer Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role requiring independent problem-solving abilities with latitude to address complex challenges. This position integrates deep specialty knowledge of Java Microservices and Spring Boot with solid understanding of industry standards. Candidates will apply analytical thinking, data analysis methodologies, and attention to detail while making judgments based on factual information.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform tech stacks into code across multiple platforms including iOS, Android, web/Angular, and microservices architecture.
- Solve technical challenges delivering small-scale features supporting larger program efforts using appropriate technologies.
- Lead application systems analysis, programming, feasibility studies, time/cost estimates, and implementation of new applications.
- Develop secure, stable, testable, and maintainable code with full ownership of the development lifecycle.
- Engage in digital application development, risk technology, middleware, mainframe/non-mainframe apps, analytic model development, and support activities.
- Evaluate system designs and architecture within solution discussions while creating comprehensive documentation.
- Drive technical implementation clarity through build/performance discussions and represent team systems to stakeholders.
- Negotiate feature priorities with customers and help teams reach consensus on project timelines.
Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with 5-8 years in application development roles, possessing strong execution capabilities. Key requirements include:
- Expertise in Java, Microservices architecture, Spring Boot frameworks, and database technologies.
- Familiarity with UI/Angular (preferred).
- Solid analytical skills focused on data-driven decision-making and results orientation.
- Experience running high-traffic, distributed cloud-based services.
- Proven ability to lead infrastructure programs and drive culture change initiatives.
Education
