Java Lead

Role Overview: Java Lead at Altimetilk India Pvt Ltd

We are seeking an experienced Java Lead (9-13 Years of Experience) to architect and build high-performance, scalable backend systems. This is a Full-Time position with immediate joining opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust backend services using Java & Spring Boot within microservices architecture.
• Build secure RESTful APIs and manage complex web service integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend teams, DevOps engineers, and product managers to drive delivery.
• Optimize application scalability, reliability, and security protocols (e.g., Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis).
• Mentor developers through code reviews while debugging production issues and upgrading legacy applications.

Required Skills:

• 5–8+ years of hands-on backend development experience in Java/Spring Framework.
• Strong proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Git version control and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Preferred Skills:

• Docker & Kubernetes containerization experience.
• CICD pipeline management using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
